What We Do

As a volunteer-led group, we’re passionate about advocacy for and by ESEA people and stand in solidarity with all marginalised communities. We believe that a holistic approach is needed for tackling discrimination, boosting visibility of our communities and continuing to support community-building efforts by looking across multiple sectors. Our Core Team is comprised of project managers, creatives, business owners, communications and marketing experts, graphic designers, artists and teachers - and that’s not even counting our extensive group of besea.n volunteers.

Here you can find out more on how we can work with you or your organisation. We do ask companies who get in touch to bear in mind that we have to prioritise funded projects, with all the funding being channelled back into our advocacy work.
