Celebrating ESEA (East and South East Asian) Heritage Month - Rosanne invites you to a wellness session!

A wellness session with a mindful approach to yoga, breathwork and meditation. This session is an invitation to be curious about your wellbeing. How often do you listen to your mind, body, soul as a whole? How often do you listen to yourself with loving care and attention?

To listen in Chinese characters is 聽 which contains the characters heart and ear. Join me in this practice to listen to the whispers of your body, attend to yourself with loving care and kindness. Relax, soothe your nervous system as you join me for an hour of self-care, no experience is required, accessible for all.
